I don't know what's going on with Nortons Update, but I've uninstalled and reinstalled it on numerous occasions over the past 2 months. Either it won't update or it's showing updates like now from 10/22/15 but the startup shows 10/21/15. I'm showing medium severity marks of orange on the update program, and other things disturbing. I run the checks and it says the system is fine. I'm currently trying to update the system as I type, and its been trying to contact the server now for 20 minutes.
Now I have been using Nortons as a paying customer for about 10 years. I want to know if this is the new normal? Are Security/Antivirus Updates now every 3-5 days? Are the severity alerts of Medium now the norm for Live Update?
