Most of the time I open it from the desktop it turns off and everytime I open it from another program it does. Even when I went to the help section of the site THROUGH the norton program! I have to keep turning it back on everytime I see the red “x.” The problem started within the last week. Is anyone else having this happen and what do I do about it?
