NortonSecurity.exe causing computer to restart

NortonSecurity.exe is causing my computer to reboot constantly.  I have removed and reinstalled from scratch and it seemed to work for a few days.  This started approximately 2 months ago.  I have replaced memory, CPU and have updated everything (GPU, mobo, chipset, etc).

my build is:

intel core i9 9900K

NVIDIA RTX 2070

MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon

Corsair Dominator 4X8 3200 RAM

Although your minidump notes Nortonsecurity.exe, it does not necessarily mean that file is causing the issue. It could be an interaction with a Windows file or driver causing the issue.
