40 minutes waiting for an online chat then it froze and didn't work at all.

20 minutes on the telephone waiting for an operator, who didn't answer but the auto voice suggested I try the on line chat.

Not a Happy Bunny!

I do not want to automatically renew my Norton 360 becuase I've bought another Norton product.

I've read the document about disabling the auto renew but it appears that I do't have any products listed in my account to renew.

This is despite being sent two emails telling me that my account will be automatically charged a renewal fee which I didn't sign up for.

Can someone please give me an email address to write to for these people!

Failing that it will have to be snail mail which is a pretty poor show for an IT security company.
