I own a etail site and I had a customer call suggesting that his Norton protection was suggesting that my site was not "Approved" and it was in gray at the top of the screen.
I am not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to this sort of thing, but is there some sort of process that my website needs to follow to become "Approved" by Norton's software?
