Not able sign in to ID Safe in product, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome -complete fail

Complete failure trying to sign-in to Identity Safe through the product Norton 360 (22.5.5.15), or I.E. or Google Chrome.  Current browser versions.  Windows 7.

I tried following this-------


I am unable to sign in to the Norton Identify Safe vault, as the Get started window appears again after I enter my credentials

Sign out and sign in to Norton Identity Safe

1.Start your Norton product.


2.On the top-right corner of the main screen, click on your user name. 

The user name is displayed only if you have signed in with your Norton account credentials. 


3.In the Sign out dialog box, click OK.


4.Restart your computer.


5.After the computer restarts, start your Norton product.


6.In the main window, on the Identity tab, click Identity Safe.


7.In the Get started window, click Sign in.


8.In the Sign In window, type in your Norton account credentials, and click Sign In.


9.In the Vault Closed window, type your Norton Identity Safe vault password, and click Open.
