We are not able to access the web or email when connected to the Norton VPN server.
We tried different virtual locations, but it did not work. We uninstall and reinstalled Norton 360, and it is still not working.
Any guidance and support to resolve the issue would be greatly appreciated.
It is getting worst, we can't even turn on Secure VPN... A total nightmare... anyone knows what is going on and how to fix it? Thanks!
