I have purchased Norton Antivirus online and it shows Not Activated in my account (mynortonaccount.com). However when I try to download, the URL does not work, it gives page can not be displayed error. I have tried this 10 to 15 times in last 2 weeks but get the same error. However when I try to download same from my friend's machine, it shows me page where I can download it. So it works there. Not sure why it does not work from my machine. I tried it from IE8, Google Chrome explorer but no luck. My Machine details: OS Windows XP, Home edition, version 2002 Service Pack 2 I think its 32-bit Friends Machine: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit. Is it becuase my machine's OS 32 bit? Please let me know the solution. I am struggling to download and hence not able to install.
