Not able to download PDF files from Internet

Hello-

I have Norton 360 and just upgraded with the little update that came out and now I can no longer download PDF files from the internet. I can access the internet without any problems but when I click on a PDF download I will get taken to a blank page that says done on the bottom but no download comes up. There is also no little icon that comes up that says anything was blocked. Any solutions?

When I am on a website and there is a manual to download and I click download it opens another page and nothing happens. I know the file is safe and able to be downloaded because I did it on my work computer and it opened very quickly into the PDF Adobe file but nothing happens on my home computer and that started after the 360 update

First, I would check the settings in your PDF program and browser to see what each is configured to do with a PDF file.  The behavior you describe does not sound like the result of a Norton action.  What PDF application are you using and which browser?  Does this happen with all PDF files on different sites, or is it one specific website causing the issue?

Moved to own thread for better exposure.

It has to be the result of the upgrade. I was able to download and open Adobe PDF files from website before and now I am unable to do this. It started right after the norton upgrade was completed.
