Not able to enter my Product key

Hi everyone,

I'm a bit confused here. I bought my renewal/NIS2010 from the store like I do every year but I can't see where to enter the product key inside the box anywhere in mynortonaccout or NIS itself. I get alerts stating my subscription is coming to an end and I've tried looking (probably not in the right places) everywhere.

I don't remember having such a problem last year and I really need to update both my computers.

Can someone please help me with this?

Welcome to the Norton Community.

 

Do you already have NIS 2010 installed and are just looking to enter the new product key?

 

Look for Express Renewal on the bottom right hand corner. When the next window comes up you will be able to enter your product key in the box provided, then click the right arrow button just to the right of that.

 

Be sure to also run Live Update repeatedly (rebooting as requested) until it reports that there are no more updates.

Holy Molly, guys. Thank you very much for being so prompt and giving me the solution to my problem. LOL (personal faceplant right there), I knew it would be something real stupid and easy...I just entered it and got my 366 days to a safer navigation side of the internet.
