Customer service is the worst. On the phone for 1 hour 32 minutes could not fix the problem I disconnected the chat by accident no one called/texted me back. And they had just texted a security code so they had it right there
So my computer has been unprotected for I don’t know how long and my subscription doesn’t expire till February

Customer support is a very common complaint on this forum.
You might be better off explaining the problem here on this user to user forum as there are many experienced people willing to help. If it is something related to your specific account info, then people here will not have access to that confidential info but if it is something technical then they might be able to help.
