Not able to see Backup Sets in the webpage due to CDN 404 errors

Check out this poor form from a development standpoint.  Most of the CSS and JS generates a 404 error, images attached which stops page content from being displayed.

URL's affected are all of the URL's from https://static.nortoncdn.com/static/nspwebspa  .  No content is being loaded from this location.

Clearly there is a problem there.  I tried to get in contact with Support but he tried closing all my putty sessions because clearly his script says he must close everything and that is not going to happen, I have too much work to do (clearly not enough to stop me ranting here).  Does anyone know how I can report this to the correct people who know what they are doing and not just following a bouncing ball?

Thanks

Thank you for the confirmation.

Yes. Working for me too.

Thanks.

Try disabling any ad blocker extension in your browser. I found I had to disable Ad Block Plus to access the backup sets and some other features on Norton web pages.
