Been using Online Family for a couple of years on all the kids computers and now I have added it to my daughters Android phone. After I installed it yesterday we tested it and all the tabs displayed information (WEB showed websites we visited, Messaging showed texts back and forth etc.). I went in to check last night and the Messaging tab would not display any information, none of the messages I sent to her were there any longer it just said No activity for All Time or last 7 days. Looking at the Summary tab I see Most Popular Messaging Friends and phone numbers but when I click on the numbers it again says No activity. I have tried multiple computers, multiple Operating Systems, and Browsers with the same results. I tried using Chat Support but they said it was something wrong with the phone.
