Not accepting product registration key

Purchased new Samsung galaxy tab 2 with Norton 360 multi device subscription. I subsequently followed both install options as per the package details i.e. install using the QR code and going to the www.Norton.com/nms-N360.MD. ln both instances when attempting to verify the key i receive the message " There was a problem registering this key. Please make sure you have entered it correctly and try again. If it still doesn’t work contact customer support". I .can confirm that it is definitely the correct key as per the package as i entered it numerous times as well submitting it via the QR code reader. It is the 25 character registration key . Assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
