What is up with this service??? You are down again??? Once its back up, I am removing this from every machine in the house. So unrealiable, I put this in to monitor the kids times thats all. Its a holiday weekend and now I cant even change their times. Once again they are upset because they are locked out at 7:30pm because their limit is normally 5 hours after school. I cant get in to extend the time or even uninstall this garbage. Useless!!!
