I am getting following error while log in into the community:
“You can’t log in from that ip address”
I have to use VPN to resolve this issue. What could be the issue here?
To confirm, you cannot log into the community with the VPN off?
What is your geographic location? There are some countries that Norton restricts access to features for legal or political reasons. This may be what you are seeing.
Thanks @peterweb for the reply. I don’t think it is a country-related restriction. I can connect to the site, but only the login was failing. Also, the site is working fine even after disconnecting from the VPN. I faced the same issue today also. I connected to the VPN in my country and the login went through.
It seems like a transient issue. It seems to be working fine after clearing website cookies.
