I installed Norton Family safety on my childs Windows 8 computer. It is collecting information on what websites have been visited but not populating the other tabs on the Family saftey website. For example the web log shows that the childs account has gone to google but nothing shows up in the search tab. Also I installed a video game on the childs account but nothing shows up in the apps tab. Both the child safety service and web browser plugin seems to be working properly. Any thoughts?
