I signed up with Hostgator yesterday and was not able to get an email from them confirming my subscription despite them re-sending several times.
I have whitelisted @hostgator in my Outlook 2010 email client, checked my Junk Mail, Deleted Items and Spam folders and my Gmail account without discovering why I can't get emails from Hostgator. I am receiving emails from other senders.
Is the Hostgator domain on a Norton Spam list and/or their IP?
