I received an e-mail saying an issue I had ({removed}) was resolved on the 27th of Oct. The mail then went on to say if this is not correct please contact us. So on to the Chat I went.
I logged on to this wonderfull system aproximatly 4 hrs ago and finally got answered by "Shimmy"
After saying he will check the details I was sudderly disconnected from him. Why? one might ask.
I then clicked the link that said "If you have been disconnected by accident then click here" which I did.
I am now number 20 in the que again.
Could someone from Norton please tell me if you have resolved the "Lower Case Text Blocking" Issue yet in NIS 2009 and, if not..why it is marked as resolved?
This issue is affecting a large number of VATSIM Users and if there is no resolution in site we will have to move to another Vendor. (I would prefer to stay with you guy's but we do need Lower Case to work in "VRC")
