My daughter's computer is supposed to be set to log her off automatically at 11:00pm on school nights. She is able to stay on until way past that - until 11:28 last night, for example. Why is it not logging her off after a warning?

Please make sure your daughter doesn't have your OnlineFamily.Norton account email and password. Otherwise, she is able to extend the time.
Also, please check to see if you have the latest Norton Safety Minder. The version is 1.2.2.2 and you can determine this by right clicking on the Norton Safety Minder icon in the System tray and selecting About Norton Safety Minder)
When a kid reaches his/her time limit, the kid would receive a warning message saying there are 60 seconds left. After 60 seconds, the kid is allowed to log back to the PC for another 60 seconds to finish whatever he was doing. These behaviors can be repeated for only three times (The child gets total extra 6 mins), then he wouldn't be able to log back to the PC without a parental email address and password.

Well I've had this problem for a month now. I even uninstalled the program for a week and went with a different product, which wasn't to my liking. So I reinstalled online family two days ago and it still doesn't log off at the times in the setting... My daughter was actually on the computer until 1:30am this morning. And she wasn't logged off after 4 hours of use. When is Norton going to fix this problem? See the screen shots below.

My kids appear to be able to just keep requesting extra time and it does not log them off?

I had to delete my daughters account and create a new one on the computer and that seems to be working so far but I don't get any alerts if she goes over her time limit but she's not staying on until 4am anymore. Too bad this program stopped working, it was good for a minute.

Please make sure the kid doesn't know the password for your Online family account. You mentioned "I don't get any alerts if she goes over her time limit". Do you still receive alerts for other activities, such as when a website is visited and blocked.
