Running NortonActivationRepair.exe does not help
Reinstall via https://norton.com/nrnr
It also didn't give any result.

The sad situation. My Norton was disabled too. I hope that a solution will be found.
The same problem. Norton 360 was disabled at 2 PCs. It seems to me the issue have some links with last events in Russia. It'll very sad if that's the case.
