I just created an NPM file from my Identity Safe account on my old computer so that I could transfer my NIS passwords to a new computer, BUT...
When I click on NIS settings on the new computer, it does not prompt me to tell it where the NPM file is. It just says I have no NIS profile and that I should create one. But, obviously, I do have one. That's how I created my NPM file on the old computer.
I can't find any similar questions on the boards, so it looks like it's just me that's missing something! Can anyone help, please?
I might also mention that the NIS Setting screen when I'm on my old computer (NIS 2011) doesn't look anything like the settings screen that opens from NIS on my new computer.
I also think the new computer came with a trial version already installed. I downloaded a license from my full-version NIS 2011. but I can't tell for sure which NIS the computer is running.
