Not receiving emails and signed-up for newsletters

I am a new customer to Norton and ever since the software was installed on my computer, I now only receive about half the emails and newsletters I am supposed to receive.
Any suggestions?

Have you checked you spam/junk folder to see if there are a lot of false spam detections?

What email app are you using?

Some were in my spam/junk folder, but many emails I just do not receive anymore.
