Not receiving notifications from the Norton Family app

I have the Norton Family app (ver. 7.6.1.144) and am using a Pixel 7a to control permissions for my daughter’s Windows computer. I have never received a notification from the app when there is an alert or my daughter asks for permission to a site or more time. I enabled notification permissions during app set up. I have confirmed in the phone settings that it had notification permissions but nothing has ever come through. Please let me know how to fix this. Thank you.

Welcome to Norton Family forum.

From our analysis, notifications are processed successfully in backend whereas device couldn't receive it. Could you please reinstall the application and let us know if the issue persists. 

Additionally, from within the app, you can also take actions on alerts by following below steps.

  1. Click on the bell icon to view alerts
  2. Right swipe on a alert and perform the action.
