Not Recognising a Trusted Device

I have Nortons Security Deluxe for 3 devices and one of my devices is a HP Pavillion Laptop running Windows 10 with a Firefox browser.

Every time I login to Nortons I have to tick a box to say 'make this a trusted device' and then that shouldn't appear again.

I was checking in Nortons today and find I have 40 Trusted Devices recorded on the system (for a 3 device licence) but I can't see a list of what those devices are. All I can do is remove them.

Obviously, something is not working correctly with my Laptop. Not sure if its a Windows issue or a Nortons issue.

Has anyone experienced this before and if so how did you resolve it?
