When I open a particular website in either of two browsers on my Windows 10 computer, the message "Not Secure" is displayed next to the website address. The browsers are Firefox and Chrome. Since I'm trying to login to this website, I would prefer that my user-id and password be encrypted in communication with the website. I'm not sure if this 'not secure' is caused by a problem on my computer or on the website. So my question has two aspects:
1) any ideas why the connection isn't being secured?
2) how to address the issue?
