Not seeing activity from both computers

Hello,

 

We have one laptop and one desktop that my daughter uses. They are both configured for Norton Online Family and I see both PC's in our profile on the Online Family website, with the green checkbox next to her name on both computers. She is currently logged into both computers, but only using her laptop. But, we're not seeing any web activity from her laptop on the Online Family site's web activity page. ..we only see sporadic activity on the other computer from some tools running in the background.

 

Is there a problem with Online Family when a kid is logged into two computers at once? Does it only log the first one they've logged into?

The program works fine when a kid is logged onto multiple PCs at once.  Please make sure  your daughter logs onto the PCs using the user accounts that are being monitored.  The kid’s user accounts should have non-administrator rights(restricted or limited). Also, keep the password for your Norton Online Family away from her.   Otherwise, a monitored child is able to tamper the system.
