Not showing activity for websites and searches

Can access and search for any site and no activity is logged.

 

Chat logs and social networks are the only thing showing activity.

 

1. WinXP

2. IE

3 Safety Minder  1.0.3.18

4. McAfee security but it is shut off

 

Please help.
