Here is why I’m concerned
When I go through the install process here is how it goes
I removed the NIS 2012 and reboot twice
I install NIS 2014 disk
Disk runs and enter the product key
It says installation successfully
Then I connect to the internet
Says I successfully activated NIS 2014
Then when I have to register the product here is where it goes strange
I put my norton account email but when I enter my norton account password I’m told it’s not correct. I enter it again and told it is not correct. I try a 3rd time and still told it’s not correct. Then it gives the option of try later which I click
So now on my NIS GUI on the upper right hand portion on the GUI it does not show my email it just says sign in
So makes me think it’s not installed correctly. I have run through the installation process twice with these same results
I know my norton account password and user email are correct are correct as I have been able to access my account later
But during the registration process during installation it fails
So makes me think it’s installed incorrectly or that something is wrong
I don’t use the vault but still I like the GUI to look correct
