I’m new to these forums or basically any forums for that matter but here goes. Around 7 - 8 months maybe even longer ago I wound up getting hacked then threatened while someone was outside of my house banging on the side of while my dog is going crazy. I tried as best as I could to gather info for the police going through a bunch of IP’s that had popped up in a personal firewall which I think the name of it was sygate but I’m not sure. Well it never really let up and I’m apparently still being followed around online but it has slowed down since I had to buy a new pc because the other one I was using is wasted. The main question is, is there a way to be able to lookup the correct IP to give to the police so I can stop this insanity once and for all? I did a traceroute on the IP and it went through a few IP’s then eventually hit a * * IP and I have no idea how to gather that info. I’ve been reading on how to gather the correct info and report it to the company or whoever it is that has control of their connection to get them shut off but it seems like no matter how hard I try or what I do they seem to be there either way. I do know that they have to know me personally since they described exactly what I look like and where I live. I’m really not all that great at explaining anything but I’ll try my best to get the information you need in the future if it is needed. I would really appreciate the help to finally put this nonsense to a stop.
