Hi have used norton for years daily updates and regular system scans BUT over weekend laptop seemed to die. no desktop screen took laptop back to suplier they said possible virus and said that norton would not have picked it up. laptop working ok now but a little worried. is norton foolproof any advice would be gratefully appreciated
