Not tracking websites visited

Hello.  May I have your help please?  Norton Family stopped logging my kids visited sites.  This has happened before.  Thanks

I'm not sure if my problem is the same, but I see no activity on web or Alert tabs, but I have been getting alert emails.

Hi Arrow57,

 

If you don't see the Web logs at Activity -> Web online, but if logon to the PC as a monitored child, when visit a blocked website, and you get blocked, then please send me a private message in the forum with your Norton Family account email address.
