Is it a known issue on Windows?
I have the device in front of me right now and the time seems fine.

Thank you for reaching Norton Family forum.
One of the possible reasons could be due to the "Date and Time" settings configured on the child's device. Operating system could sync time automatically in the background resulting in change of device's time. As a result, Norton Family notifies the parent on the change of device time.
If you see this alert more often, we can further investigate.
