Hi, I have all the accounts set up and everything is working fine except the email notifications. The email worked for the additional parent invite. The activity function is working fine and shows blocked sites when tested, but i have received no email notifications at all. Thanks. JB

What is the status on this issue? I've just begun using Norton.Family and am having the same issue of not receiving notifications or parent invites. Have checked all Norton configuration and spam filters and everything is as expected to work.

Same here...not receiving any email notifications. It is not an issue on my end with spam blockers.
I have comcast email and yahoo...neither one coming through

Please check your yahoo email account again. I have worked with an user whose yahoo email account didn't recieve email notifications first, then received it later.
We are in the process of working on the comcat email issue.

I entered 3 emails that I wanted to receive alerts on…two yahoo accounts and one comcast. Every once in a while an alert would come through yahoo…I removed the yahoo accounts and now my alerts are working through comcast. Seems to be an issue when I have multiple email accounts I want my alerts sent to.
