Properly configured on 3 computers. Puts emails flagged as spam in the spam folder. Does not add them to the blocked list. Windows 7 Ultimate 64. Outlook 2010. Norton Internet Security 2012. Simply doesn't work. Keep getting the same spammers getting through 100% of the time.

The Block List is user-defined - you need to add the addresses you want to block to the list. Norton will then mark all mail coming from those addresses as spam and send them to the spam folder.
