I scanned my Computer with NPE2.5 (upon recent release and downloaded from norton.com/npe) and it found the Internet Download Manager Process (IDM.exe) as an unknown file. And it gave the option to do a cloud scan option in the Scan Complete page when i clicked on it, it started the scan and within a couple of seconds it stopped and didn't provided me any conclusion about that file. Can someone help me understand what happens in the cloud scan and a way to identify the nature of that entry ?
