I recently ran a complete scan of my computer because I thought I had a virus. The scan showed threats so I ran Norton Power Eraser to be sure. After the scan was complete it found a risk. When I clicked on Fix Now I received an error and it couldn't remove the threat. Has anyone received this error before? How did you fix it?
