NPE norton power eraser -- ITS a virus?? malware? works like this

i neeed to erase, to unistall NPE.exe  (on WIN 10)

all the time POPus alert, with no reason. 

it acts like virus, has no settings, no possibility to uninstall, no uninstall file 

-tipicaly like virus/mallware

a really shame for symantec!!
