Note: Please do not post Personally Identifiable Information like email address, personal phone number, physical home address, product key etc.

Issue abstract: My installed NPM for Mozilla Firefox does not allow me to login or access my logins. When clicking on the icon, a rotation 3 panel display just cycles thru repeatedly.

Detailed description: Followed the steps discussed in the NPM Edge thread. Same result.

Product & version number:

OS details: Windows 11 Home ver 23H2 OS build 22631.4169
Mozilla Firefox details: ver 130.0.1 9/26/2024
NPM details: ver 8.1.1.39

What is the error message you are seeing?

If you have any supporting screenshots, please add them:

Firefox 130.0.1 + v8.1.1.39 okay…my side. W10
You’ve reinstalled NPM extension?
When did NPM work…last?

Yes, I’ve re-installed the extension yielding the same result. Loaded to a new HP W11 laptop about 10 days ago. Tried NPWM about 4 days ago with no joy. Reinstalled yesterday with no joy.

I should note that I can access my PWM vault from my Norton account on my account page. Invoking a login from that takes me to the url but does not provide me an option to fill user and/or pwd.

and you’ve tested Norton Password Manager installed on Edge or Chrome.
and Firefox built-in password manager is disabled…as test?
and Firefox Enhanced Tracking Protection is disabled…as test?
and VPN is off?
and other Firefox extensions disabled…as test?
So, if NPM works from Edge/Chrome. I’m guessing Firefox/setting.
Firefox extension has not been updated long time. Just saying.
and you created new Firefox profile…for Norton Password Manager test. [here]

Yes, as you know…browser integration requires browser extension.

NPM okay…my side…Edge/Chrome/Firefox. W10

Maybe, Norton support has solution.

Display on my laptop is smaller than the full Norton pages that comes up when clicking to signin. Scrolling down on the first page reveals the SIGN IN button, clicked it and was able to sign in.
