NS 7.2 full scan hangs on Mac OSX 10.11:

I am running NS 7.2 on Mac OSX 10.11.6.

Quick Scan seems to run OK, but
I tried running a full scan, and it hung for a couple hours after scanning 51,106 files on my HD.

I don't know how to get any further information on why it did not progress,
or even how near it is to completion.
(It would be useful to display "files scanned: nnn OF MMM on (device)."

What do I do to get a complete scan?

have you tried:

- an File Scan of your intern HDD and also other HDD´s?

When the same issue, Please report as BUG.

I have a Time Capsule connected wireless; it is also the internet access point router. No CDs loaded.

But the NS screen says it is scanning my hard-drive.

BTW, I manually terminated the scan, as I assumed it was "stuck".

By chance do you have an external drive hooked up while scanning? Any cd's in your disk drive (if you have one).
