I am in desperate need of help. I'm running Windows 7 Pro (32-bit) with all of the latest updates. I have been receiving an error when I try to run Norton Update. When requesting support it recommends d/l Norton Removal and Reinstall which I have done. I made a backup of my local vault so I could follow the instructions for retaining the local vault. What I didn't notice is that Norton installed an updated version of itself so that when I copied the files as instructed Norton doesn't recognize the local vault files. Unfortunately I cannot get to the local vault backup. It insists that I I create a cloud vault which will never happen. The old Norton version was 22.7.0.76 and the new version is 22.8.1.14
Does anyone know how I can get Norton to see the local vault files? Without it I am out of business.
