Truly disappointed with the Backup function in NS w/BU.
I have been a user for many many years of Norton Ghost and since Norton chose to discontinue that product I made the assumption that they would use that base for the integrated BU function.
I was totally blown away when I found that they use the Norton 360 Backup which is sorely lacking in functionality e.g. ability to roll back any single file through time in previous backup runs. I do a full backup once a month followed by daily differential backups for 6 out of every 7 days. When I need to roll back a file or program I can pick a date and pull down what I need. The Norton 360 backup only has the most recent version and doesn't provide the needed protection.
