The issue that you're experiencing is probably different from the previous user. The previous user uses Windows, not Mac.
Could you give us some details on the issue? Has the program ever worked on the MacBook Pro? What browser do you use? Have you try to uninstall/reinstall Norton Safety Minder on the PC to see if it helps?
