We have NSM 1.2.2.2 installed on two PCs. Our 9 year old is a computer junkie and regularly uses up his one hour allocation on the PC (two on weekends). However, when we have noted the time he logs on, we often notice that the program doesn't log him off at the appropriate time - and when at say 1 hr 10 min, we ask him how long he has left, he will check the time, and NSM will either wake up and say 1 minute remaining and count him down, or will say some short period like 10 min remaining. We don't have much faith in the ability of the program to count. It is correctly configured to log off at the end of the specified time.
So, if the child logs on at 4 pm and is allowed an hour to use the PC, they should be logged off at 5 pm? Or am I misunderstanding something?
How is "idle time" defined - logged off time? Screen saver time? No activity on keyboard or mouse for X min time?
