I am having problems with the monitoring component of this resource. On the activities page it says that the last site was visited on 10/4 and that is incorrect. I have even used the computer since and it has not recorded anything in the activities. The little box still pops up on the computer though that says "Norton Safety Minder is running and monitoring the activities on this computer"
Im a little nervous because I heard that you can change your ip address or add a proxy or something to get by monitoring programs and wonder if this has been done on the computer. I have web proxies blocked already and since this is a continuing occurrence Im sure that is not what is wrong. Please help, I dont know much about this but would like to know a little more and at least what to check for to see if my kids are sneaking around without my knowledge.
ps- we only have one user account on this particular computer and it has NSM installed.
