Norton Save and Restore v. 2.0.6.26322 fails to perform Drive backup and gives me error ID 1001, something about memory. When I try to run the autofix tool it fails, says "Automated task failed.: You must be logged into an Administrator account to complete this action. Please login to an account that has Administrator rights and re-run this action". I use Vista Home Premium all updated and have only one account on this computer. I have Administrator rights. Why does NSR not know this? I have gone to the Security configurations and everything is allowed. What is going on and is there any hope to make NSR operate properly?
