NSW 11 BE -- LiveUpdate

I have five various PCs all running both the current NIS 16.5.0135 (2009) and NSW 11 BE (2008) all under XP SP2.

 

On one of the PCs, LiveUpdate doesn't work from within NSW nor from Control Panel/Symantec LiveUpdate.

 

Which XP Service controls the NSW 11 BE LiveUpdate and what should I do to get the LiveUpdate working again?
