I would like to make a suggestion for Norton Safe Web Lite, if this feature is not already available. ;)
Give It AVG LinkScanner-like Functionality - That would allow it to be installed and run from the taskbar with most browsers and offer Real-Time Scanning along with the Black & White List, Option To Automatically Submit Unknown/Suspicious Websites, Automatic Updates, and Block Screen.
