Symantec/Norton Customer Support migrated my 3 year NIS subscription to NS Deluxe soon after which I upgraded to NSWB.or to be precise its latest avatar Norton Security Premium.
Now, I configured my backup set to backup to the secure cloud storage. I have set the 'When' option set to automatic i.e. run when the PC is idle.
However, I find the backup does not run when the PC is idle. This happens irrespective of whether a user is logged in (and screen locked, PC idle) or not. Running the backup task automatically works just fine.
I have about 22GB to backup and will need to leave the PC on overnight for several days (possibly a week) to get this much data backed up over an ADSL connection.
How can I get NSWB to backup my stuff automatically?
