NSwB Liveupdate continues to stop communicating

I have reloaded this twice with the same result. after a  few succesful connections, LiveUpdate will stop connecting to the Server. Basic error is a timeout. Restarting computer restores operation only to fail again after a few good tries. I can list the network log here: You can see the calls to the server, the DNS number retrieved and the attempt to communicate, terminating in a server timeout. all happens in a matter of seconds. Any Ideas?
